Even though you clean up and throw out garbage daily, rodents still show up. Spoke to neighbor below me, they also have the same issue. Also, saw rodent peeking underneath heater door which is located at the balcony. While we appreciate the feedback, our team fulfills maintenance requests in the order in which they are received. If you feel as though it has taken longer than expected, please call the Management Office to address this concern and we will make sure to look into it for you. It even has colony of rats and mice seen during the past winter. The appliances are old, the neighborhood are noisy, and I could even smell the smoke from cigarettes of my neighbors smoking coming out from the exhaust of my own apartment. I don't think people should be living in this kind of environment specially when you have a kid. Our health specially of my son is threatened all the time in here. So I would really appreciate and would be very glad if I will become a winner in this Free Rent For Life in Apartments.com.

Rental cost is competitive with others in the area. Oh and ...it is well insulated so I don't hear my neighbors on the side or upstairs at all. It has building amenities including onsite management, on site laundry, controlled access, wheelchair accessible, and elevator. I haven't been here long yet, but so far I like this place a lot.
For future residents it's my advise don't move in with the high hopes.And last year we also got ticks in our apartment and it got eradicated after 4 weeks of ttreatment.
